Rice noodle manufacturing process

Rice noodle machine process:
① Knead dough: take 10 kg of high gluten wheat flour, warm water about 5 kg knead into a soft dough, still proofing for 30 minutes, and then rinsed out in a clear water, gluten, the remaining water paste gauze with static sedimentation 5- 8 hours.

③ The noodles into the cold rice noodle machine hopper, open the machine, rice noodle machine can automatically complete the production.
④Making: remove a small amount of rice noodles, stir in gluten block, chili oil, vinegar, seasoning water, salt, MSG, hemp juice, cucumber silk or cooked sprouts and other spices or side dishes, you can eat.
