How to make injera?

Handmade steps:
1. Pour teff flour into a mixing bowl. Add warm water and salt and stir well.
2. Stirring, stirrer can be used, or stirring can be done manually.
3. Place the batter in a warm place for 12 hours.
4. Prepare the frying pan, heat the pan, and apply the oil evenly over the bottom of the pan. The oil should cover the entire bottom of the pan.
5. Put the batter into the pan and start from the center in a spiral motion. Spread the batter and cover the entire bottom of the pan.
6.Cook. When you find holes in the injera, you can remove the injera from the pot.
7.Repeat for the remaining batter until you have made several injera.
8.Serve warm.
